Changing your message using your mobile phone Ensure that you selected "Allow Phone Edits" for the TextID online setup.Using the registered mobile phone for your TextID, text your TextID followed by a space and a dot (".") then begin your message. Example: If your TextID was JoeSmith, text "JoeSmith .Joe Smith President, ACME Co. (602)555-5555" to 555411 Your scheduled messages will be deactived automatically when you set a message by phone Scheduling Messages You can choose to set up to 10 messages at a time with our scheduling feature. Login to your account, click the link under Scheduling for the appropriate TextID - this link will either state "Enabled" or "Disabled" depending upon whether your scheduled message is active. Enter the Begin Date, End Date and the message that you want others to recieve when they text your TextID.Example: From Dec 1, 2008 to Dec 8, 2008 your message will be "Currently on vacation 'til the 9th - please contact Jane Smith at 602.555.5555 if you need immediate assistance" At any time, you can login to disable your scheduled messages, which then your normal message will be active, or if you update your message via your mobile phone, this will automatically disable your scheduled messaages. Returning to scheduling messages using your mobile phone To activate your scheduled messages, text your TextID followed by a space and BACKExample: If your TextID was JoeSmith, text "JoeSmith back" to 555411 and you will recieve one of these three responses:
Password Reset If you ever forget your password, you can reset it from either online or by your mobile phone. Use this temporary password to login to your account and you can then change the password.To reset your password from online, click the "Forgot Password" link on the "my ID" page and provide your mobile phone number, and the new password will be sent to your mobile phone. To reset your password from your mobile phone, text PASSWORD to 555411 and you will recieve either one of these responses:
