Refund/return policy:

There are no refunds for TextID accounts. However; stopping your service is easy. You can simply log into your account, and terminate your service. You will not be billed for the following month. If you terminate before your month is up, there is not a prorated amount refunded to your credit card. The billing will simply stop on the next cycle. Your TextID will go back into the pool for purchase by someone else.
